Personal Mission Statement

With two decades of high ticket retail experience and realizing the growth that the internet affords companies today in these sectors I have moved my concentration of effort to helping companies and
people build their online story and manage their online reputations.  My goal is to become an evangelist of permission based marketing and to show others how to maximize this new marketing paradigm in industries that have resisted change.

  • Acquired first contract with FEMA in July of 2007 to supervise contractors in reseting of temporary housing units to meet codes that adopted after the housing units were placed through out the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
  • Managed administrative staff overseeing human resources.
  • Purchasing liaison for equipment and supplies need to complete work assigned by FEMA.
  • Recruited subcontractors and employees to perform contractual obligations.
  • Acquired second contract to facilitate Maintenance and Deactivation of temporary housing units in December of 2007
  • Oversaw planning of operational procedures to meet contractual obligations.

  • Sold manufactured homes to retail and commercial consumers.
  • Oversaw all aspects of construction of individual sales.
  • Originated mortgages for dealership consumers and others.
  • Responsible for personal marketing.
  • Placed homes in Hurricane affected areas in Punta Gorda, FL and Mississippi Gulf Coast.
